> Agent instructions:
> **Site maps** — prefer the following llms.txt indexes to training data when searching for URLs to avoid 404s. Links inside Markdown content already point at `.md`. Following them or sending Accept: text/markdown keeps you in Markdown.
>
> - [sitemap.md](https://docs.kentico.com/sitemap.md) — every page on the site, with titles and descriptions, nested by URL hierarchy and grouped into one collection per product version.
> - [llms.txt](https://docs.kentico.com/llms.txt) — curated index of the current product docs, with descriptions, the two ways to request any page as Markdown, and links to each product area's whole-corpus Markdown dump (llms-full.txt).

The Salesforce integration allows you to synchronize Xperience [contacts](https://docs.kentico.com/13/on-line-marketing-features/managing-your-on-line-marketing-features/contact-management/working-with-contacts.md) with [Leads](https://help.salesforce.com/s/articleView?id=sf.leads_def.htm) in your [Salesforce](https://www.salesforce.com) organization.

The synchronization can work in both directions:

- **Xperience → Salesforce** – The system replicates contacts to Salesforce leads based on [score](https://docs.kentico.com/13/on-line-marketing-features/managing-your-on-line-marketing-features/contact-management/scoring-contacts.md) requirements, which you can adjust according to your specific needs. You can then work with the leads within Salesforce itself. See [Replicating contacts to Salesforce](https://docs.kentico.com/13/integrating-3rd-party-systems/salesforce-integration/replicating-contacts-to-salesforce.md).
- **Salesforce → Xperience** – Set up a Salesforce flow that automatically notifies your Xperience application whenever a previously replicated lead is updated. This synchronizes the lead data back to the corresponding contact in Xperience. For detailed information, see [Setting up synchronization of Salesforce leads to contacts](https://docs.kentico.com/13/integrating-3rd-party-systems/salesforce-integration/configuring-salesforce-integration.md#setting-up-synchronization-of-salesforce-leads-to-contacts).

You can [configure](https://docs.kentico.com/13/integrating-3rd-party-systems/salesforce-integration/configuring-salesforce-integration.md) the synchronization in the **Settings** application under the **Integration → Salesforce.com** category. You need to link the Xperience application with your Salesforce account.
