You can access these settings in the **Settings** application under the **On-line marketing** -> **Contact management** -> **Inactive contacts** category.

| Inactive contacts | _Do not delete inactive contacts_ – the system does not automatically delete inactive contacts.<br>_Delete contacts who were not active for the last X days_ – the system deletes contacts that were inactive for at least a specified number of days. Specify for how many days the contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted in **Last X days** setting.<br>_Delete contacts without an email address that were not active for the last X days_ – the system deletes contacts that do not have an email address (anonymous visitors) and were inactive for at least a specified number of days. Specify for how many days the contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted in the _Last X days_ setting. |
| Last X days       | Specify for how many days your contacts have to be inactive in order to be deleted automatically. This setting is only taken into consideration when the _Delete contacts who were not active for the last X days_ or _Delete contacts without an email address that were not active for the last X day&#x73;_&#x73;ettings are enabled.<br>The **minimum** value is 10 days.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               |
