You can delete files from media libraries directly in the **Media libraries**  application.

## To delete media library files

1. Open the **Media libraries** application.
2. **Edit**() the **Media library** that contains the files that you want to delete.
3. Click on **Delete** () next to the file that you want to delete.\
   – OR –
4. Select the files that you want to delete and use the second drop-down list under the files to choose **Delete**. Then press **OK**.

The system deletes the media library files. For restoring deleted media library files, use the **Objects** tab in the **Recycle bin** application.
