Enabling bad words filtering

To enable the Bad words functionality, go to Settings -> Security & Membership -> Protection and enable Check bad words.

On this page, you can also define the default action that will be assigned to newly created bad words. Bad words with the Use default settings option enabled (see Defining bad words for more details) will use this setting. You can select the default action in the Bad word action setting.

Default replacement string can be entered into the Bad word replacement field. The replacement text will be used when a bad word is detected and the following conditions are met:

• The Replace action is selected in Bad word action.
• The particular bad word has Use default settings enabled for the Replace by field.
