Keeping track of your website visitors and customers doesn’t need to be complicated. Whether you're collecting leads through a form, personalizing content for different audiences, or simply trying to understand who’s visiting your site, the Contact management module will show you how to handle it all – without needing to be a developer.

We designed this module to help you confidently work with contacts and related tools in **Xperience by Kentico**. You'll learn how to find contact details, track activity, segment audiences, and make your communication more relevant to the people who visit your site.

## What will you learn in this module?

- Use the _Contact management_ application to view and manage contacts, and also:

  - Add or update contact details, such as a contact’s name or phone number.

  - Search for specific contacts based on their details or behavior.

  - Track contact activities and check whether tracking is enabled.

  - View a contact’s consent agreements.

- Create and manage contact groups to organize your audience.

- Segment both known and anonymous contacts using contact segmentation tools.

- Set up cross-site tracking to follow contacts across multiple websites.

- Work with the **Forms** application:

  - Create a new form or update an existing one.

  - Rename forms or change what happens after someone submits them.

  - Add, move, or delete custom form fields.

- Design widgets for different audiences using widget personalization.

- Manage registered users in the **Members** application.

- Create, analyze and customize automation processes.

This module is a great starting point if you’re new to working with contacts, or if you want to unlock more ways to personalize and improve your customers' digital experience.
