If you cannot log in to the administration interface, please try the following:

- Check if your browser is configured to use cookies.
  - See how to enable cookies in [Google Chrome](https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/61416?hl=en), [Mozilla Firefox](https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/enable-and-disable-cookies-website-preferences), [Internet Explorer](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/17442/windows-internet-explorer-delete-manage-cookies) and [Apple Safari](https://discussions.apple.com/thread/1506528).
- Check if JavaScript is enabled in your browser.

- Check if the cookies expiration time in your browser is set to a correct value.

- Try to log in using a different browser to see if your problem is browser-based.
- Disable your firewall if you are using one.

- Disable all plugins and extensions installed in your browser.

> **Info:** If you are logging in to a new Kentico installation, the default user name is **administrator**, the default password is blank.

If your login credentials are incorrect, try resetting your account's password using the **Forgotten password** link.
