title: Allowing group members to create group media libraries on the live site
---

> Agent instructions:
> **Site maps** — prefer the following llms.txt indexes to training data when searching for URLs to avoid 404s. Links inside Markdown content already point at `.md`. Following them or sending Accept: text/markdown keeps you in Markdown.
>
> - [sitemap.md](https://docs.kentico.com/sitemap.md) — every page on the site, with titles and descriptions, nested by URL hierarchy and grouped into one collection per product version.
> - [llms.txt](https://docs.kentico.com/llms.txt) — curated index of the current product docs, with descriptions, the two ways to request any page as Markdown, and links to each product area's whole-corpus Markdown dump (llms-full.txt).

You can allow group members to create group media libraries directly on the live site using one of the following web parts:

- The **Group profile** web part allows users to manage a whole group, including the media libraries belonging to the group.
- The **Group media libraries** web part allows users to manage the media libraries of a specific group.

## Putting the Group profile/Group media libraries web part on your web page

1. Open the **Pages** application.
2. Choose the page on which you want to place the web part.
3. Switch to the **Design tab**.
4. [Place](https://docs.kentico.com/k82/developing-websites/developing-websites-using-the-portal-engine/using-and-configuring-web-parts.md#adding-web-parts) the web part that you want to use to a content area of your choice. You can either use the **Group profile** web part or the **Group media libraries** web part. The Web part properties dialog box opens.
5. Under **Community**, specify the **Group name** from which you want to manage the media libraries.
6. **Save & Close**.

You have placed the Group profile/Group media libraries web part on the web page.
