Digital marketing setup
The digital marketing features in Xperience by Kentico enable you to attract new visitors to your websites, promote your business and products, analyze traffic and visitor activities, and keep in touch with existing contacts and customers.
This chapter of the digital marketing documentation is intended for administrators and developers. The pages describe various scenarios that are required to set up and configure digital marketing features, as well as adjust or extend them via custom code.
Configure marketing features
Enable or configure individual digital marketing features so that marketers can work with them efficiently:
- Tracking website visitors as contacts
- Contact activity tracking
- Customer data platform – a collection of features that expand and rework contact management when enabled. Currently is in preview mode and many digital marketing features are not supported yet.
